I keep production systems reliable, observable, and easy to operate — from setting the
SLOs that decide where engineering effort goes, to leading incidents when things break,
to building the automation that keeps them from breaking again.
I'm currently a Site Reliability Engineer at Volkswagen Digital Solutions
in Lisbon, working across observability, Kubernetes, and Azure. Before that I spent time
in IT service management and hands-on hardware support — which is part of why I care as
much about the boring, unglamorous reliability work as the interesting incidents.

- Built out observability across the stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, Jaeger, and Azure Monitor to cut time-to-detect on production issues.
- Automated away repetitive operational work through runbooks, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing systems.
- Run cloud-native infrastructure on Azure and Kubernetes with an eye on scalability and cost, including patching, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
